Welcome to EDA
Welcome to the Eating Disorders Association of Western New York (EDA), a nonprofit agency that provides information, support and referral services to indiviuals suffereing from eating disorders. EDA also offers assistance to concerned family members and friends and provides education and support to individuals who interact with eating disordered individuals on a regular basis. These may include doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, nutritionist and school personnel.

With community assistance and funding from the Erie County Department of Mental Health, EDA offers an expanded variety of services, programs and support groups including an evaluation and referral process.

Our community educator provides information on eating disorders to students, faculty and community groups to increase their knowledge and understanding of eating disorders.
